VITICULTURE
24 hectares of vineyards. 98% Tinta de Toro and 2% white grape. 100% vineyard in traditional glass. Vineyard without irrigation. 1,000 to 2,000 vines per hectare. Soil work with cultivator, inter-strains and manual means. Treatments based on plant preparations (nettle, valerian, thyme, sage, horsetail, wormwood, comfrey ...) and minerals (sulfur and copper). Manual work: winter pruning, green pruning, topping, stripping and harvesting.
WINEMAKING
Vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration for 2 days and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation and maceration of between 15 and 18 days.
