AROMA
Intense aromas of red currants, cherries, plums complemented by its time in barrels and the contribution of notes of vanilla, cocoa, and balsamic nuances.
PALATE
Its passage on the palate is very pleasant, where the intensity of the fruit and its soft tannins are perceived. Round, balanced and persitent.
VITICULTURE

The grapes come from the "El Gerbal" estate at 950m above sea level. Extreme temperatures and sandy, limestone soils with a lot of clay help generate concentration and enhance the personality of this wine.

WINEMAKING

After manual harvesting, the grape undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels.

PAIRS WELL WITH
Red meat, stew and other legumes, shepherd's crumbs, big game.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 16º C.
