PALATE

With personality, vibrant, fresh, and well-balanced. An easy-to-drink rosé with hints of red fruits. High persistence.

VITICULTURE

Selective criteria in the vineyard and meticulous selection of optimal grapes are key to starting the winemaking process. Mencía from vineyards with an average age of 35 years located at 650 meters altitude between Villafranca del Bierzo and Valtuille de Arriba.

WINEMAKING

For its production, direct pressing of the grapes is carried out followed by fermentation for 10 days in French oak barrels

PAIRS WELL WITH

Summer salads with fruits, grilled vegetables, soft cheeses; fantastic with Cod with garlic or a good pasta dish.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Serve at a temperature between 7ºC and 9ºC.
