WINEMAKING
This de-alcoholised wine is the result of precision work based on an innovative process to remove the alcohol whilst preserving the aromas of the grape varieties. The alcohol is carefully removed from the wine by vacuum distillation in a single operation. The dealcoholisation process is a gentle treatment that uses very low temperatures to preserve all the wine’s aroma, acidity, flavour and complexity.
