the wine immediately seduces with its aromatic intensity, ranging from acidic red berries to notes of exotic fruits.
PALATE
The palate is lively, light and refreshing, with notes of citrus fruits and herbs.
WINEMAKING
Everything is done in this Cuvée M to preserve its balance and freshness. Jean Etienne and François Matton select mainly Grenache for its aromatic elegance, Cinsault for its freshness, Syrah for its complexity and a touch of Tibouren on the maritime border, for the delicacy of its white-fleshed fruit aromas. Every effort is made to preserve the liveliness of the juices.
FOOD PAIRING
Olives or any kind of appetizer, tapas, crackers, peas with wasabi or vegetable chips. Summer salads such as the classic caprese. Small seafood, prawns and king prawns.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve at 8-10° C
