WINEMAKING
Night harvest to avoid aromatic loss and unwanted oxidation. Pre-fermentative maceration for 4 hours at temperatures of 4ºC and in an inherent atmosphere to obtain a subtle and elegant color extraction. Extraction of the tear must by bleeding by gravity
