GRAPE VARIETIES
100% Garnacha.
BOUQUET
Floral notes, like violets, as well as raspberry and bramble, with subtle hints of toasting.
PALATE
Fresh and vibrant, still with silky tannins and a full body. The long finish is marked with the reminiscent floral and red berries notes.
VITICULTURE
Traditional mountain grape growing using terraced banks to plant the vines is excersised. In this plot Garnacha, one of Rioja’s indigenous varieties that is currently experiencing a renaissance, thrives to make this red varietal. 
WINEMAKING
Vinification in stainless steel vats, later the wine is aged for 6 months in 10.000 litre French-oak foudres.
FOOD PAIRING
Pork, lamb, stews, meat paella, grilled meat, bolognese, cured cheese.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Recommended serving temperature: 15-18°C
