AROMA
Fresh and complex on the nose with subtle notes of white flowers and citrus, enveloped by aromas of pastries and dried fruits from the contact with the lees.
PALATE
In the mouth it has a fine and delicate bubble, a fruity and refreshing character, with balanced acidity and a persistent finish.
WINEMAKING

Strict and meticulous selection of the grapes in the vineyard. Manual harvesting in 15 kg crates. Heat treatment of the grapes during the process at a temperature of 5ºC. Manual selection table. Destemming and gentle pressing in an inert atmosphere. Static racking of the must for 24 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15ºC.
