VITICULTURE
Since the 16th century, when the monks still tended the grapes, the estate has produced excellent wine. This château was acquired in 2000 by Marnix Engels, one of the foremost wine experts in the Netherlands. For more than 30 years he represented some of France's leading wineries, such as Petrus and Romanée-Conti. He put a lot of effort into promoting Château Camparnaud, which eventually became one of the leading producers in Provence, together with his son Alexander and his French partner Guillaume de Chevron Villette.
WINEMAKING
Made in Provence's most advanced cellar with grapes from only the best vineyards. The end product is a delicious fruity, elegant and pleasant rosé. ChouChou means dear, loved and lovable.
PAIRS WELL WITH
Pair this light-bodied wine with lighter dishes, summer vegetables, or enjoy it with white fish, seafood or fish paella. It also goes well with white meat such as pork.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Serve at a temperature between 6º and 8º C.
