AROMA
The nose is very intense, with notes of white fruit, spices, nuts, and a strong buttery aroma.
PALATE
On the palate, it stands out for its volume, which provides structure but also mellowness, accompanied by a good acidity. The finish is persistent, enhanced by a slight bitterness and spicy touches.
VITICULTURE

The vineyard is located in the heart of Castilla, in the fields of Villarrobledo, on the Meseta plain at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level. It consists of organic vineyards spanning over 200 hectares. The soil is shallow with a sandy texture, featuring 70 to 90 centimeters of calcareous limestone and sandstone.

Aged for 6 months in french oak barrels

Pork, vegetarian dishes, poultry, and fatty fish like salmon and tuna.
