Whispering Angel rosé has characteristics of fresh red fruits with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy mouthfeel. This popular rosé wine has great concentration, a smooth, round finish and no astringent aftertaste.

Whispering Angel is made with grapes from the finest vineyards in the vicinity of the Esclans Valley and the Cotes de Provence region. Harvesting takes place at night to avoid the heat of the day and to keep the grapes cool. On arrival at the cellars, the grapes are sorted according to their health and quality by optical eye sorting, which ensures that the grapes, finally selected, are accurately assessed in terms of overall quality. This is followed by gentle crushing followed by a temperature reduction from approximately 20 degrees to 7-8 degrees to preserve freshness and vibrancy. Closed-circuit pressing is carried out to facilitate minimal oxidation, producing a free-run juice which is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation tanks, during which battonage is carried out twice a week.
