PALATE
fresh and vivacious on the palate, rounded and well balanced, with a strong personality.
VINIFICATION

A wine made from gently pressed whole grapes, using only the first-pressed must (55%) which afterwards ferments at low temperatures. The resulting wine is further processed in a pressurised tank using the “Charmat” method. After the second fermentation it remains in the pressurised tank on its own yeasts for about a month.

FOOD PAIRING
Excellent as an aperitif, with starters and first courses with fish.
