Glera is an autochthonous grape variety from the vineyards in the hills of the Veneto region whose density is around 4000 vines per hectare with specialized cultivation.
Manual harvest in the early hours of the morning avoids any form of unwanted fermentation. After a soft pressing the grape must is left to ferment in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature under nitrogen. After the fermentation, the wine is refined in steel and then bottled using a cold process with microfiltration.
