VITICULTURE

10-15-year-old vineyards, a part in the plain with calcareous subsoil and a part in the first foothills of the hills.

WINEMAKING

After the manual harvest, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. There they are carefully selected and crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Fresh cheese, sea bass, fried fish, seafood paella, risotto, chicken soup, frutti di mare, pasta pesto, vegetables, lettuce and tomato salad.
