PALATE
In the taste phase, we obtain a dense and powerful mouth, showing the variety. A silky, velvety and elegant wine with a long and persistent aftertaste.
VITICULTURE

Made from a variety with a millenary tradition, vineyards with more than 60 years of age surviving in adverse climatic conditions, its roots develop at a depth of metres, taking advantage of its scarce water resources, soils formed by gravel composed of siliceous stone.

WINEMAKING

During the process, the full potential of the grape has been respected, making genuine, very singular and specific elaborations that transfer to this wine an unmistakable personality, style and identity. Fermentation is carried out in French oak barrels with daily pumping over.
