BOUQUET
A nose of bright intense aromas, with lots of fleshy ripe red fruits and floral notes.
PALATE
Bursting with fruit, fresh and harmonius, very well balanced and structured on the palate. A long, soft and smooth finish, with lovely integrated tannins.
VITICULTURE
In Particular collection, wines tradition and innovation come together. It is a tribute to the winery origins, when winegrowers made the wine for themselves. A limited production, inspired by ancestral customs, and ready to be enjoyed in the 21st century.
WINEMAKING
The maceration and fermentation is carried out in a stainless steel tank for a minimum period of 25 days, with daily traces during the entire fermentation process. Once this is finished, the deposit is discovered, separating the wine must from the solid part, which is carried by presses. The wine must pass to other deposits to proceed with malolactic fermentation. After this, we will transfer the wine to proceed to its stabilization.
