VITICULTURE
A special selection is made from the vineyards, which are each made separately. They choose a Tempranillo which gives it sweetness, red fruit and roundness. The freshness and liveliness that you can feel is provided by the Graciano grape chosen.
WINEMAKING
A pre-fermentation maceration of the grapes is carried out at a low temperature to achieve a greater extraction of fruit and colour. It is then aged for 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
PAIR WELL WITH
