VITICULTURE
Manual harvest in small boxes of about 15 kg. Double grape selection, manual and optical, which through a gravity system is transported to the stainless steel and cement tanks.
WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation in 10,000 litre stainless steel and cement vats at a maximum temperature of 28°C. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in cement and stainless steel tanks and then transferred to barrels. Aged in 225-litre French and American oak barrels for 12 months.
