100% Tinta del País with an average age of 80 years.
BOUQUET
The nose is very complex and persistent, highlighting the maturity of the grape with aromas of red fruits in liqueur, spicy (nutmeg), fennel, violet and good conjunction with the wood (vanilla, coconut, cinnamon).
PALATE
In the mouth, tasty, full-bodied with lively tannins, ample and very long, which augurs a long life.
VITICULTURE

Grown in a very special vineyard (Pago de Santa Cruz), without the addition of mineral fertilisers, herbicides or insecticides. The vineyard is located 800 m above sea level in La Horra (Burgos).

WINEMAKING

Manual harvest in 12kg boxes, selection table. Aged for 18 months in American oak barrels, 100% new.

FOOD PAIRING
Red meats, roasts, sausages, grilled chops, barbecued meats, game and smoked and cured cheeses.
RECOMMENDATIONS
