WINEMAKING
The vegetative cycle of 2019 was preceded by the rains in April, however, from mid-spring to the end of summer, the year was characterized by little rains and temperatures above expectations. The beginning of the harvest in the Ribera del Duero began after a few days of rain, which helped to balance the composition of the grape and resulted in a year of extraordinary quality and optimal health for our Tempanillo.
