VITICULTURE
Mencía, a typical grape from Bierzo from vineyards located in Valtuille de Arriba at 550 meters altitude, with an average age of 80 years. Rocky soil composed of slates, quartzites, and other minerals.
WINEMAKING
To enhance the primary aromas, a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature is carried out and fermentation at controlled temperature for 15 days in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
