WINEMAKING
Rioja Vega is the oldest winery in Rioja. It follows a careful process of destemming. Afterward, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by post-fermentation maceration for 10 days. It also undergoes malolactic fermentation in small oak barrels with 14 months of aging and racking.
