Young wine (or wine of the year): Young wine is wine made for use within one year of production. They are wines that have not undergone any aging process. In Spain, white and rosé wines are usually marketed around November or December after the harvest. In the case of red wines, they usually arrive in the first months of the following year as they take a little longer to produce.
