VITICULTURE
Own vineyard of artisan cultivation, without the addition of mineral fertilisers, herbicides or insecticides. Selected vineyards such as Las Navas, Carrasantamaría, Fuentenarro, Valdelayegua, Carranguix and Las Tenadas in La Horra (Burgos). The altitude of the vineyards is 800-830m above sea level.
WINEMAKING
